What we collect
When you complete a quote request form on this website we ask for your name, email address, telephone number and the service you are interested in. If you choose "Other" you can also tell us in your own words what you need. We only ask for what we need in order to reply to you and price the work.
We do not collect payment details through this website, and we do not ask for any special category data (such as health information).
Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- To carry out work you have booked and to contact you about it. Our legal basis is performance of a contract.
- To keep records of quotes and completed work, and to honour guarantees. Our legal basis is our legitimate interests in running the business and standing behind our work.
- To meet legal and tax obligations. Our legal basis is compliance with a legal obligation.
We do not use your details for marketing unless you have asked us to, and we never sell your information.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only where it is necessary to run the business:
- Our form provider. Quote requests submitted on this site are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, which processes the submission on our behalf.
- Our website host. This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which keeps standard server logs.
- Professional advisers and HMRC, where we are required to share information by law.
We do not pass your details to third-party advertisers, and this website does not carry third-party advertising.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Our host records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, which is used to keep the site secure and working properly. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to two years. Records relating to work we have carried out are kept for as long as any guarantee runs, and for at least six years afterwards to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Where your information is stored
